Chief Financial & Operating Officer – Riverside Theatre | In Partnership with DHR Global

Riverside Theatre is seeking a Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer to help lead the organization through a period of growth and transformation. Located in Vero Beach, Florida, Riverside is a nationally recognized nonprofit theatre with a multi-venue campus that includes four performance spaces and an outdoor concert venue. Known for its high production standards and year-round programming, Riverside also operates Star Suites, a 60-room extended stay hotel for visiting artists, and Riverside Theatricals, a for-profit subsidiary that develops and licenses original productions.

The CFO/COO will work closely with the CEO and senior team to oversee finance, operations, facilities, IT, and guest services, while supporting strategic planning and a $65 million capital campaign. This role is ideal for a senior financial leader with experience in the performing arts who can balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
