Resnicow and Associates (R+A) seeks a detail-oriented professional with operational insight, proven experience in corporate finance, and strong financial planning and management skills to serve as their Director of Finance. The Director of Finance will oversee R+A’s financial operations and systems, reporting to and working closely with the company Founder/President and Senior Management Team to provide strategic analysis, forecasting, ongoing and consistent financial tracking, timely financial reporting, cash flow management, and other financially focused assistance that supports outstanding client service and advances the ongoing success of the business.

Education Requirement
Relevant experience in accounting and financial tracking/reporting with applicable experience in an agency setting (or similar business environment); a BBA, BS, or BA in finance, accounting or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
