In 1968, Mary and I announced a number of titles we were to publish together. Unfortunately, our plans were derailed when both of us subsequently left San Francisco — she for New York, I for Paris. The ad below appeared in EARTHQUAKE #4. Of the titles listed on the left, I published four of them: Drive Suite, The Dead Star, A Book About Love & War & Death, and Miss Vietnam. Four other titles — The End and The Way, 23 Extensions, Alice in Progress, and Muschar Blee Rosch — were not published.
