This is the most striking 9/11 memorial tribute to be seen, especially in person.

‘The “Tribute in Light” appeared six months after 9/11 as a public art installation and has been presented every year since, from dusk of Sept. 11 to dawn of Sept. 12. The beams of light are positioned like a phantom presence of the missing Twin Towers. They are powered by 88 xenon spotlights, consuming 7,000 watts, and are visible within a radius of 60 miles.
