Placido Domingo did VERY well on The Colbert Report last night. Stephen Colbert is obviously a fan, which makes the thing completely adorable. The two discussed “the most popular song of all time” (“La donna è mobile”, obviously, not “Imagine”), why tenors get all the girls, and “soaking the snooty crowd”.
