Evidently you have to lose the war to be held accountable for war crimes.
Contrast the Nuremberg trials with the . . . what? nothing! facing Robert McNamara for masterminding the fire-bombing of German and Japanese cities & carpet-bombing Southeast Asia.
Likewise Henry Kissinger, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, John Yoo, David Addington . . . we have a LOT of war criminals hiding here.
