Everyone's seeing their end of year summaries of their year in music listening on their Spotify Wrapped or Apple Music Replays this week. It's a fun feature that these companies do each year, a great engagement point for those companies and their customers. For all the anticipation and excitement around Taylor Swift’s Eras tour this summer, fans have been reporting something strange. They can’t remember the show. Time and Psychology Today wrote articles about the phenomenon of Taylor Swift fans forgetting the experience of attending the concert itself.
