Christmas week is underway, time to listen to the only vocal performance Bill Evans is know to have recorded. I had a feeling it was going to be this track.

For those who don't own it, is was a previously unissued selection that first appeared in the now out of print Complete Bill Evans Verve boxed set. I won't say anything further so I won't spoil the fun for anyone reading the comments prior to listening to the link.

Many thanks for the Bill Evans cut. A real gone cat. Also, I loved the "Thanks for the Memory" with Bob Hope & Shirley Ross. That one gets me a bit misty-eyed. I love rueful people.
