Simple Metal Arch Gateway – Auschwitz, Wounded Knee, Angola

It is not fair to identify a particular architectural element with the horror of humanity.  Lately, I transitioned from enjoying the light weight decorative metal arch on two pillars  – to – association with the tortures and murders of Auschwitz, Wounded Knee and Angola Prison.
