But <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2023\/10\/25\/biden-ukraine-aid-messaging-00123466\">no reasonable person <\/a>can think that the costs of this are actually <em>benefits<\/em> in terms of spending and US job creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The benefit to the public of the arts is the arts, not the money that we spend on the arts.
