And this past Sunday&#8217;s special Music section included a feature article on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mybloodyvalentine.com\" target=\"_blank\">My Bloody Valentine<\/a> by&#8230; <a href=\"http:\/\/music.guardian.co.uk\/electronic\/story\/0,,2279849,00.html\" target=\"_blank\">Sean O&#8217;Hagan<\/a>, who ran the Beatles monthly for years, and a rave review of <a href=\"http:\/\/music.guardian.co.uk\/omm\/story\/0,,2279912,00.html\" target=\"_blank\">Umalali, The Garifuna Women&#8217;s Project, by Hendrix author Charlie Gillett<\/a>. Enough to make you wonder whether the stateside reviewing culture is half this healthy.
