Billy is a STONE KILLER, that actor has a huge career ahead. Neat how they twisted that George story around so he got to shame Ruth at his doorway. I feel absolutely nothing for Ruth, I think she’s a creepy self-righteous blockhead, can’t imagine any man wanting to sleep with her. The role is unforgiving, and the acting is mannered and over-deliberate. Her “knitting circle” buddies were totally hacky and unpersuasive.
