Jim reports that the SRJO will play \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Take Five,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d \u00e2\u20ac\u0153In Your Own Sweet Way, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The Duke,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Wendy\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and other pieces in new arrangements expanded for 17-piece band. During its seventeen years, the Dave Brubeck Quartet featuring Desmond was consistently at or near the top of jazz groups in popularity and record sales. Pianist Randy Halberstadt (pictured left) will interpret Brubeck. Alto saxophonists Michael Brockman (center) and Sidney Hauser (right) will pay tribute to Desmond.
