Response to the previous <em>Rifftides<\/em> post seems to say so.<\/p>\n<p>Pianist Jack Reilly, whose <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/s\/?_encoding=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;field-keywords=Jack%20Reilly%20The%20Harmony%20of%20Bill%20Evans&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;tag=rifftidougram-20\" target=\"_blank\">two books<\/a> on the subject are indispensible to appreciation of Evans\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s harmony, sent an alert to a television program that could be thought of as an adjunct to his studies of Evans. The 1976 show aired by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation gives us the opportunity to intimately observe Evans\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s harmonic, and melodic, genius in solo and as an accompanist. The half-hour show aired in 1976 on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. It reunited Evans with Tony Bennett. They reprised songs from the two albums they made together.
