On February 27, 1987, he gave a concert at the <em>Theaterhaus<\/em> in Stuttgart, Germany. It included a set by his quintet with Sam Rivers, tenor saxophone; Ed Cherry, guitar; John Lee, electric bass; and Ignacio Berroa, drums.
