Recorded by Wilke recently at Tula\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s in Seattle, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/rifftides\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Pascal-Quintet.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/rifftides\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Pascal-Quintet.jpg\" alt=\"Pascal Quintet\" width=\"225\" height=\"169\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-5644\" \/><\/a>Pascal will lead her quintet in the music of Cal Tjader. The band (seen above) includes some ofthe Pacific Northwest\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s leading lights&#151;pianist Fred Hoadley, bassist Chuck Deardorf, drummer Mark Ivester and Latin percussionist Tom Bergerson. The program airs at 2pm PDT on KPLU-FM, 88.5 and will stream live on the internet at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kplu.org\"target=\"_blank\">kplu.org<\/a>.
