Still, he&nbsp;manages to maintain his loved ones&#8217; and the reader&#8217;s affection as he rampages through New York, Westchester, Long Island and much of Ireland. You wouldn&#8217;t want him as a house guest, but he&#8217;s a great drinking buddy.
