Their album of duets proceeds from the excitement they generate in Bud Powell&#8217;s &#8220;Parisian Thoroughfare,&#8221; complete with a taxi horn allusion, to a relaxed yet rhythmic exploration of the Michel Legrand modern classic that they chose as their title tune.
