A sample: &#8220;I feel there was a time when I experienced loftier minds, relatively unloaded with politics, fashion, and chic.<\/p>\n<p>For those on Facebook, you may wish to read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=1276560139\">a fine post<\/a> by historian and critic Mira Schor about the topic, with a fascinating thread of comments. Schor\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.robertatkins.net\/beta\/witness\/culture\/nea\/continuing.html\">links to NEA-topic columns<\/a> by Village Voice art reporter Robert Atkins (which, for transparency sake, I must admit I edited).<\/p>\n<p>Take a look.
