Tony Award nominee Kate Burton will guest star on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit<\/i>
\nin February. The episode will also feature a cameo appearance by opera
\nstar Renee Fleming, as well as a guest appearance by Countess LuAnn De
\nLesseps.
\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“The Real Housewives of New York City’s” LuAnn De Lesseps will guest
\nstar tonight on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” [10PM ET\/PT]

In tonight’s new episode titled “Bully,” Burton [“The Good Wife,”

\nspecial voice over cameo as the opera-singing mother of a suspect.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Everyone knows that the most famous celebrity guest on Law & Order<\/i> is the One Who Did It. A friend once pointed out that the same could be said of Sex and the City <\/i>if the “it” was Sarah Jessica Parker. <\/p>\n

Update, 2\/24: There seems to be a disconnect, here. Despite the blog and Twitter buzz, Ren\u00e9e Tweeted this evening:<\/b><\/p>\n

It’s all very confusing, but it was exciting while it lasted? It’s also especially disappointing, because according to the ~Blogosphere<\/a>~, this is how the episode ended:<\/b><\/p>\n

In the end, we found out that the victim only appeared drunk, but there
\nwas no alcohol in her stomach. That’s because the killer used an old
\ntrick to make it look like she was drinking: He shoved a champagne
\nbottle up her rear end and got her drunk through the backdoor. No,
\nseriously, the entire case came down to the fact that you can get
\ndrunker faster and without the booze breath by ingesting it rectally.
\nThis naturally led to the son of an opera singer, because the
\ndetectives knew that to save their voices, opera singers would often
\nuse the backdoor to get drunk.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
