For example, <i>30 Rock<\/i> is in featured in both Netflix and Hulu ads:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\" style=\"display: inline;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"30Rock.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/lifesapitch\/30Rock.jpg\" class=\"mt-image-center\" style=\"margin: 0pt auto 20px; text-align: center; display: block;\" height=\"267\" width=\"400\" \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<div>The iPod print and television ads not surprisingly drive me nuts: how do they choose which artists&#8217; songs and cover art to feature on the Nano, etc. screens in their ads? I&#8217;ve certainly never seen a classical album featured&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Which is why I was pleasantly surprised and impressed to see pianist <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metmuseum.org\/tickets\/calendar\/view.asp?id=2426\">Simone Dinnerstein<\/a>&#8216;s new album cover on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emusic.com\/\">eMusic<\/a> subway and MetroNorth ads:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\" style=\"display: inline;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Simone.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/lifesapitch\/Simone.jpg\" class=\"mt-image-center\" style=\"margin: 0pt auto 20px; text-align: center; display: block;\" height=\"300\" width=\"400\" \/><\/span>I asked her publicist if she or Telarc pitched that and she said no: apparently, the folks at eMusic are just Dinnerstein fans! Fair enough.
