He&#8217;ll join Dukakis and Gore,&#8221; Phillips told a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/herman\/2004\/05\/a_nasty_dynasty.html\">stellar gathering<\/a> of liberal Democrats last May. &#8220;But if Kerry loses, historians will have to put him in a category not invented yet.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Are historians already out there working on that category?
