As <A class=inline\nhref=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2004\/10\/05\/opinion\/05krugman.html\" target='new\"'><B><FONT\ncolor=#003399>Paul Krugman also writes<\/FONT><\/B><\/A> this morning for the umpteenth<br \/>\ntime: &#8220;Yes, Virginia, we were misled into war.&#8221;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>In a parallel universe, David &#8220;Bobo&#8221; Brooks goes on his merry way this morning about<br \/>\n<B><A class=inline href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2004\/10\/05\/opinion\/05brooks.html\"\ntarget='new\"'><B><FONT color=#003399>&#8220;Quickening the Tempo in<br \/>\nIraq,&#8221;<\/FONT><\/B><\/A><\/B> with the dim notion that the U.S. may soon be able to set realistic<br \/>\ngoals there.
