Porter Goss says: &#8220;I don&#8217;t have the language skills. &#8230; We&#8217;re looking for Arabists today. I don&#8217;t have the cultural background probably. And I certainly don&#8217;t have the technical skills. &#8230; So the things that you need to have, I don&#8217;t have.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve heard the claim that he wasn&#8217;t talking about the job of DCI (Director of Central Intelligence); that he was saying he was not qualified to get any old CIA job. If that&#8217;s true, however, does that make him more qualified to <I>run<\/I> the agency?
