It appeared as I read through a NYT story online about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/09\/08\/world\/asia\/myanmar-rohingya-genocide.html?searchResultPosition=2\">genocidal campaign <\/a>against the Rohingya minority in <strong>Myanmar<\/strong>. The last time I noted this kind of blatant obscenity was an ad for high-end designer clothing placed next to a print story about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/herman\/2006\/08\/mocking_the_victims.html\">children victimized<\/a> by Hurricane Katrina.
