The grand pyannah, glorious<\/strong>
but somewhat out of tune,
awaits my amateur tickling.
It\u2018s a great distraction.<\/strong>
Tell me you\u2019re distracted,
mowing down the pages
of your rare old books<\/strong>.

They may not suffice
to snare the world, but
their temptation holds\u2014
wanton picturesque\u2014
words that swarm
over the barricades 
like soft soliloquies.<\/strong>
