After it went through several reprints, the book was published in a second edition &#8220;with a new introduction and an essay  by Francis Wyndham in praise of Williams (taken from the review&#8217;s first issue, in 1979). Now with Johnson elected Prime Minister it has gone back to print again. &#8220;It was a no-brainer,&#8221; the editors say. &#8220;The lies that fuelled his rise just keep on coming.
