Yes, I know, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/herman\/archives\/2008\/01\/just_asking_1.html\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>these two questions<\/strong><\/font><\/a> appeared here on Friday. But so what?  Ditto for the Noah Feldman article <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/herman\/archives\/2008\/01\/just_asking_1.html#more\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>&#8220;Vanishing Act&#8221;<\/strong><\/font><\/a> in today&#8217;s NYT magazine.<br \/>\n<strong>Postscript:<\/strong> Aw &#8230; here&#8217;s a <i>leetle zumzeeng<\/i> CNN put on its cover this afternoon, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2008\/POLITICS\/01\/13\/raw.politics.foreman\/index.html\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>Analysis: Whatever happened to the war?<\/strong><\/font><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just because the NYT editorial these two questions appeared here on Friday.
