So did  Al Arabiya TV. But a U.S. military spokesman said <a href=\"http:\/\/breakingnews.iol.ie\/news\/story.asp?j=202120740&#038;p=zxzyzy446\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>he&#8217;s not in Iraq &#8220;as far as we know.&#8221;<\/strong><\/font><\/a> (He also said, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.localnewsleader.com\/olberlin\/stories\/index.php?action=fullnews&#038;id=28555\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>&#8220;I&#8217;m not confirming or denying he&#8217;s here<\/strong><\/font><\/a>. I&#8217;m trying to figure that out.&#8221;)<\/strong><\/font><\/a> The White House <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/news\/world\/iraq\/2006-11-23-cheney-iraq_x.htm\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>denied the Iraqi TV reports<\/strong><\/font><\/a>. (Anyway, who believes the White House these days?)
