Here&#8217;s the caption that went with it:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>&#8220;We&#8217;re not mining or trolling through the personal lives of millions of innocent Americans.&#8221;<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what he meant:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>&#8220;We&#8217;re <strike>not<\/strike> mining or trolling through the personal lives of millions of <strike>innocent<\/strike> guilty Americans.&#8221;<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Alfred_E._Neuman\" class=inline target=new\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"ALFRED E.
