(Don&#8217;t answer that.) The site is dedicated to Burroughs scholarship, and so rich in related material it&#8217;s dangerous. You can end up doing nothing all day but read it. For instance, have a look at this <a href=\"http:\/\/realitystudio.org\/interviews\/john_geiger\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>interview with John Geiger<\/strong><\/font><\/a>, who wrote the biography of Brion Gysin <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/1932857125\/ref=ase_superv32cinc\/104-1575367-2715942?s=books&#038;v=glance&#038;n=283155&#038;tagActionCode=superv32cinc\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>&#8220;Everything Is Permitted &#8212; Nothing Is True.&#8221;<\/strong><\/font><\/a><br \/>\nWhich brings to mind this question: What would the millions of <strike>mainstream<\/strike> meanstream perp watchers who tune in to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.observer.com\/20060612\/20060612_Rebecca_Dana_media_nytv.asp\" class=inlne target=new\"><strong><font color=#03399>perv-nabber specials<\/strong><\/font><\/a> on NBC&#8217;s &#8220;Dateline&#8221; make of the <a href=\"http:\/\/supervert.com\/\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>Supervert<\/strong><\/font><\/a> site? It&#8217;s a self-described &#8220;sort of deviant Bauhaus [that] strives to create new experiences through the synthesis of art, technology, pornography, and philosophy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Supervert is an alias &#8212; a nom de plume &#8212; a moniker for an individual &#8212; a company &#8212; a corporation &#8212; better yet, a <i>brand name<\/i>. Yes, that&#8217;s it. Don&#8217;t get hung up on what&#8217;s behind Supervert. Just get off on what Supervert offers you, a unique combination of intellect and deviance. Perversity for your brain. Vanguard aesthetics, novel pathologies.<\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\nOnly a few days ago Supervert launched a spinoff,  <a href=\"http:\/\/pervscan.tv\/\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>PervScan.tv<\/strong><\/font><\/a>, featuring &#8220;videos of sexual perversity in the news.&#8221; Why let NBC corner the perp-watchers market?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reality Studio?
