The suit claims &#8220;he was slandered for his report on a Nazi-looted painting once displayed at the museum,&#8221; the Post&#8217;s David Hafetz writes. Last July <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/herman\/archives\/2005\/07\/darcy_im_not_ev.html\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>D&#8217;Arcy complained<\/strong><\/font><\/a> to us, &#8220;I&#8217;m not even roadkill,&#8221; and our bet was that &#8220;NPR hasn&#8217;t heard the last of him.
