It looks pretty unserious to us, though we have no idea what the <a href=\"http:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/cgi-bin\/abstract.cgi\/inocaj\/2004\/43\/i11\/abs\/ic0352250.html\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>actual formulation<\/font><\/strong><\/a> means.
