Here&#8217;s UCLA Professor Stephen Bainbridge&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.professorbainbridge.com\/2005\/09\/reader_poll_wha.html\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>reader poll<\/font><\/strong><\/a>. The professor (of corporate law, no less) cites a report in The National Enquirer, which claims the Bullshitter-in-Chief has reverted to an old habit.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.slumdance.com\/blogs\/brian_flemming\/archives\/000605.html\" class=inline target=new\"> <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"VIDEO SCREENSHOT: 'Sorry, you don't hold bottled water this way' \" src=\"http:\/\/homepage.mac.com\/brianflemming\/iblog\/images\/bush_tall-glass.jpg\" width=200 align=right bordert=0 \/><\/A> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalenquirer.com\/celebrity\/63426\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>He&#8217;s boozing again:<\/strong><\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>When the levees broke in New Orleans, it apparently made him reach for a shot,&#8221; said one insider. &#8220;He poured himself a Texas-sized shot of straight whiskey and tossed it back. The First Lady was shocked and shouted: &#8220;Stop George!&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.slumdance.com\/blogs\/brian_flemming\/archives\/000605.html\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>Speculation about his drinking<\/font><\/strong><\/a> &#8212; like this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capitolhillblue.com\/artman\/publish\/article_4636.shtml\" class=inline target=new\"><strong><font color=#003399>tale of mood swings and erratic behavior<\/strong><\/font><\/a> &#8212; has been bruited for so long  that (on the principle that there&#8217;s fire where there&#8217;s smoke) it may actually be true.
