Well, the<br \/>\nGovernment Accountability Office today issued this decision by the Comptroller General. Here&#8217;s<br \/>\nthe bad news:<br \/>\n<P><\/P><br \/>\n<P><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE>Prepackaged news stories are complete, audio-video presentations that may<br \/>\nbe included in video news releases, or VNRs. They are intended to be indistinguishable from news<br \/>\nsegments broadcast to the public by independent television news organizations.
