Less complete perhaps, they might be considered outtakes. One, <A class=inline\nhref=\"http:\/\/www.osborne-conant.org\/newyork\/subway.ram\" target='new\"'><B><FONT\ncolor=#003399>&#8220;Subway Stalgmite,&#8221;<\/B><\/FONT><\/A> strikes me as an apt 45-second<br \/>\ncommentary on the subway&#8217;s decrepit infrastructure. Straight Up&#8217;s staff of thousands suggests it<br \/>\nbe used as a public service spot by consumer advocates protesting fare hikes. It doesn&#8217;t whine. It<br \/>\ndoesn&#8217;t carp.
