But now that I&#8217;ve seen the new video (below) and read <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slate.com\/id\/2220502\/\">Jonah Weiner&#8217;s piece<\/a> for <i>Slate <\/i>putting her persona in the context of a post-Britney pop art career trajectory (her entry to this party was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=M65zI9LH-as\">drunk and dirty<\/a>, so she beats everyone to the punch), I&#8217;m having more fun thinking about Lady Gaga. <\/p>\n<p>Some may mock her grasp on all the high art philosophy she&#8217;s name-checking, but she&#8217;s certainly got her hand close enough to pick at our high and low art pretensions.
