She has taken performances out of formal venues into the city's parks, office towers and other non-conventional performance spaces. The Festival\u2018s offerings have also been extended to include large scale events to extend its engagement with different sectors of the population, while preserving core audiences with the mission to present the best artistic programming. She has also managed the Singapore Symphony, the Victoria Concert Hall and participated in planning of Singapore's Esplanade. Ms. Ho received an M.A. from the University of Hong Kong, a diploma in arts management from City University, London and has worked in the field for twenty years.
