Networks focus on getting, communities focus on giving. <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2014\/09\/you-need-a-community-not-a-network\" target=\"_blank\">Check out this article from the Harvard Business Review<\/a> on the importance of strong leadership in guiding community building, and the amazing things that can happen when a network transforms into a community.
