Joe Horowitz will speak about his essay, UTEP professor Frank Candaleria will talk about the El Paso project, South Dakota Symphony music director David Gier will talk about a project his orchestra is doing \u00a0with the Lakota Indian Tribe, and we&#8217;ll end with an open discussion with UTEP students. It should take about 90 minutes, and we&#8217;ll be streaming and archiving the proceedings.
