So I was intrigued to come across a book of photography by Venice, \u00a0CA., based E.F. Kitchen, which captures chain mail-clad members of the Society for Creative Anachronism.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_yrL6yfubw8g\/TFcMm9Xhq8I\/AAAAAAAAA60\/uqxHzr5f8yU\/s1600\/knights.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"200\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_yrL6yfubw8g\/TFcMm9Xhq8I\/AAAAAAAAA60\/uqxHzr5f8yU\/s200\/knights.jpg\" width=\"166\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment\/news\/la-ca-suburban-knights-20100801,0,4051867.story\">HERE<\/a> is my brief piece in Sunday&#8217;s LATimes on this photographer who works in platinum prints and other large format, old-school styles. Her book, <i><a href=\"http:\/\/suburbanknightsbook.com\/\">Suburban Knights<\/a><\/i>, is elegantly produced and just out on PowerHouse.<\/p>\n<p>Part of what&#8217;s fun about the book is the quotes from these weekend warriors. Some of them sound quite desperate.
