The night transformed me, and those friendships, in ways hard to put into words.<\/p>\n<p>Now Galway Kinnell has <a title=\"Kinnell obit\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2014\/10\/30\/books\/galway-kinnell-poet-who-went-his-own-way-dies-at-87.html?smid=pl-share\" target=\"_blank\">died<\/a>, after a long and rich life.
