cultural organizations would be wise to do the same.<\/p>\n<p>While the analytic capabilities of so many websites and ticketing systems are immense, it&#8217;s not unusual for arts &amp; cultural leaders to admit that they have neither the time, skill or inclination to use those capabilities to track their organizations&#8217; efforts, results and trends.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s the state of our &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Big_data\" target=\"_blank\">big data<\/a>&#8221; society: \u00a0So much knowledge yet so little wisdom.<\/p>\n<p>So, I make this statement without snark, sass or sarcasm: <strong>Don&#8217;t feel bad. \u00a0You shouldn&#8217;t have to.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In fact, I have a theory that I&#8217;d like to test&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In my <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.audienceavenue.com\" target=\"_blank\">Audience Avenue<\/a><\/strong>, LLC practice, I am developing a &#8220;lab test&#8221;
