A few thousand cases in point are available <a  href=\"http:\/\/www.loc.gov\/exhibits\/911\/\">through the Library of Congress<\/a> and their Witness &amp; Response exhibit.<\/p>\n<p>One worthy example is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loc.gov\/exhibits\/911\/911-exitart.html\">Exit Art<\/a> collection, which asked for creative responses to the attacks, confined to 8-1\/2 x 11 pieces of paper. They received over 2400 from all over the world.<\/p>\n<p>Art is clearly not a frill.
