Here&#8217;s a collaborative weblog, open to public posts, that simply asks its visitors to scan a favorite ticket stub (to an arts event, sports event, rock show, whatever), and post the image with a narrative of the story surrounding that memento.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a reminiscence about <a href=\"http:\/\/stories.about.ticketstubs.org\/story.stub\/84\">a Jimi Hendrix performance in 1969<\/a>, an early dating gaff following a <a href=\"http:\/\/stories.about.ticketstubs.org\/story.stub\/27\">Tori Amos<\/a> show, a meaningful evening with Shakespeare at a <a href=\"http:\/\/stories.about.ticketstubs.org\/story.stub\/77\">performance of <i>Richard III<\/i><\/a>, a <a href=\"http:\/\/stories.about.ticketstubs.org\/story.stub\/37\">boring night of <i>The Nutcracker<\/i><\/a>, and many others&#8230;all with an image of the ticket stub, and the personal style of the author-du-jour.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s clear from reading just a few entries that these are moments that define people&#8217;s lives, and that the ticket stubs are markers of personal history. What a fabulous way to invite the world to share those markers.
