Now they&#8217;ve finally reconceived <a href=\"http:\/\/www.americansforthearts.org\/\">their web site<\/a> so that people can actually <i>get<\/i> to that material. Chief among the newly organized goodies are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/ww3.americansforthearts.org\/services\/arts_education\/resource_center\/\">Arts Education Online Resource Center<\/a> has stats and resources for anyone hoping to assess and improve their local school district&#8217;s efforts in the arts.\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artsusa.org\/youtharts\/index.asp\">Youth Arts Toolkit<\/a> supports and explores arts-related programming for at-risk youth.\n<li><i>2004 Election Impact on the Arts<\/i> provides an assessment of the candidates and election initiatives across the country, and their possible effect on arts activity (available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artsactionfund.org\/pdf\/special_reports\/2004\/2004_election_impact_on_the_arts.pdf\">for PDF download<\/A>)\n<\/ul>\n<p>They are still working out the kinks of the new web site, so it&#8217;s not quite a completely clear and consistent resource for the arts yet.
