In response to the <i>Art Review<\/i> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artreview100.com\/2009-artreview-power-100\/\">&#8216;top 100&#8217; power-brokers<\/a> in the art world, they suggest <a href=\"http:\/\/hyperallergic.com\/711\/powerless-20\/\">The Top 20 Most Powerless People in the Art World<\/a>. Among them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independent curators without trust funds &#8212; There&#8217;s a saying, &#8221;No trust, no love.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Artists who can&#8217;t speak English, French, German, or Spanish.
