Here&#8217;s the gist of his response:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Can you create and read a budget and then manage by it?<\/li>\n<li>Can you raise money?<\/li>\n<li>Can you make everyone act like they should?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Financial dexterity, community connection, and managing people (board, staff, creative colleagues).
