I doubt there&#8217;s a museum in the country who would embrace her interventions, especially if said museum employed her.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, I think it&#8217;s possible in the future she&#8217;ll be esteemed for other reasons. <\/p>\n<p>Below, her restaging of an <a href=\"http:\/\/images.google.com\/images?q=egon+schiele&amp;oe=utf-8&amp;rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&amp;client=firefox-a&amp;um=1&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;ei=V4yUSu28MZTaNrGJ2fkH&amp;sa=X&amp;oi=image_result_group&amp;ct=title&amp;resnum=1\">Egon Schiele<\/a> drawing. What is out-of-control in the drawing becomes self-possession in her girl-in-charge self-portrait. Schiele&#8217;s figure wears her nerves on the outside of her body. Mae is solid.
