Some of it is unbelievably lame, some is<br \/>\nbrilliant, and most of it is a collage on a grand scale.<br \/>\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The project reminds her of what <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Karlheinz_Stockhausen\">Karlheinz Stockhausen<\/a> said about musical composition:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hide what you compose in what you hear.<br \/>\nCover what you hear.<br \/>\nPlace something next to what you hear.<br \/>\nPlace something far away from what you hear.<br \/>\nSupport what you hear.<br \/>\nContinue for a long time an event you hear.<br \/>\nTransform an event until it becomes unrecognizable.<br \/>\nTransform an event that you hear into the one you composed last.<br \/>\nCompose what you expect to come next.<br \/>\nCompose often, but also listen for long periods to what is already<br \/>\ncomposed, without composing.<br \/>\nMix all these instructions.<br \/>\nIncreasingly accelerate the current of your intuition.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Anthony Gormley responds to the question,<i> Is it art?<\/i>, with, <i>Who cares?<\/i> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.skyarts.co.uk\/video\/video-one-other-is-it-art\/\">Here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Previous plinth post here.
